Chic chick chicken Curry

Although not what one may classify a stereotype of British food...

Curry has become Britain's most common dish! Weather your a lover of taste or spice - you simply can not be disappointed by this easy recipe!!

All you will need is:

1 Medium Chicken or 4 Chicken breasts
3 tbsp of Curry powder
3 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
1 Large Onion (sliced)
Garlic paste or 2 - 3Cloves (finely chopped)
2 Chili (sliced)
2 Potatoes (diced into small squares)
2 tbsp Garla Masala
600ml of Chicken stock
4 Eggs (boiled) * optional  - I love curried eggs !!

Method to my madness :

1- slowly simmer chicken breast until almost cooked
2 - add sliced onion followed by Chill - keep on simmer until onions are soft and then take of the hob.
3 - put 3 tbsp of Curry powder to a pan/pot along with the curry powder and Garla Masala. Add the Garlic and potatoes followed by the chicken stock and mix together into a sauce consistency.
4 - add the chicken etc  to the pan (this includes the hard boiled eggs) and allow to marinate for 1 - 2 hours, of even better over night!
5 - One marinated warm the chicken curry on low for 20 - 30 minutes ensuring chicken is piping hot.

And that's it done!

You can eat curry with Rice, Chips, half and half , or as I like to eat it with traditional Asian bread such as Chapatti's.

Don't forget to sprinkle a little coriander on top to give it that little extra :)
